Good syrup is wasted without the perfect pancake. Our neighbors in New Hope grind unbleached, unenriched flour to make a light, delicious pancake that will knock your socks off. Just add water, the milk is already in this mix. Buttermilk makes a slightly heavier,but more buttery pancake.
