Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake


Ingredients:


1 Egg

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Soy, Oat, or Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Cedarvale Maple Syrup

¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

5 Tbsp Almond Flour

2 Tbsp melted Peanut Butter

½ tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Pinch of Salt


Directions:

  1. In a mug, whisk together the egg, olive oil, soy milk, Cedarvale Maple Syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Next, add almond flour, 1 Tbsp melted peanut butter, baking powder, chocolate chips, and salt.
  3. Microwave for 70 - 90 sec. until the cake has risen and is not wet. 
  4. Drizzle 1 Tbsp melted peanut butter on top and enjoy!
