Maple Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

1. Wrap each scallop with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place on the grill or under the broiler in your oven and cook slowly.
In the meantime, drizzle a thin layer of maple syrup on a platter.

 

2. When the scallops are finished cooking (cook until the center of each scallop is 115 degrees fahrenheit), place them on the maple syrup.  Drizzle a bit of syrup over the top and serve!
