Returns, refunds or exchanges
Cedarvale Maple Syrup Co. is committed to providing every customer with the highest quality maple products. In the event that the products in your order have arrived damaged please email pictures of the damaged products to Cedarvale Maple Syrup Co. Please include in the email, your name, order number, and specify which products were damaged. Once Cedarvale Maple Syrup Co. has received an email regarding damaged products we will ship new products within a week of the email.
If you would like to return or exchange any items purchased from Cedarvale Maple Syrup Co. you, the buyer, is responsible for the shipping cost for the return or exchange. Cedarvale Maple Syrup Co. will not cover the cost of shipping for any returns or exchanges. Please ship any returns or exchanges to 3769 Pleasant Valley Rd. Syracuse, NY 13215. In your shipment back to Cedarvale Maple Syrup Co. please include your name, order number, and whether or not you’d like to return or exchange the items in the shipment. Once Cedarvale Maple Syrup Co. receives your shipment we will provide a refund, within a week of receiving the shipment, for the items included in your shipment. If you would like to do an exchange you must submit a new order.
