We take our own syrup and hot pack it in once used bourbon barrels where it ages for 6 months. We then repack it in glass where it has a delightful butterscotch flavor with a whiff of bourbon. Only a whiff of alcohol in the finished product so don’t worry about the kids! Use it in many cooked meat recipes or as a glaze oon meats, muffins or ice cream.
