If you are unsatisfied with our products simply call or email us and we will direct you on how to return the product to us. We will replace the product at no charge to you as long as it is only marginally used. This means if it is damaged in shipment or you tried it one time and you were not satisfied then we will replace it at no charge to you. We can not replace product where the container is not faulty and substantial amounts of the product are missing. If you would like a refund we will always make a refund for the unused portion that is returned to us. This policy is good for 30 days from the date of shipment or purchase.
